My Terms of Service Form:

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Rights:

· I reserve the right to post the finished piece on my portfolio, social media (Tumblr, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), and use it for self-promotion (if commission is of personal use - picture of family etc, then i am happy to not post it online).

· I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.


Commission Process & Timeline:

· Step 1: Inquiry & Quote → We discuss your idea and I provide a final price.

· Step 2: Payment → You pay the full invoice. I will not start work until payment is received.

· Step 3: Sketch Phase → I send 1-3 rough sketches for you to choose from. You get 2 rounds of minor revisions at this stage.

· Step 4: Approval & Final Work → Once you approve the sketch, I will move on to line art and colour (if that is the option chosen). Any changes can be discussed (I can be very flexible).

· Step 5: Delivery → I will send you the high-resolution final files via email or a private link (depending on the size of the file!).

· Turnaround Time: Typical turnaround is, e.g., 2-4 weeks from the date of payment, but this can vary. I will communicate any delays.


Pricing & Payment:

Payment Method: Payments are processed through Stripe Invoice (bank account, etc.). I will send you a formal invoice.

What's Included: The base price covers the artwork as described in the initial quote, with a simple or no background unless specified.

Revisions & Changes:

1) You get two-thirds of the rounds of minor revisions at the sketch stage only. This includes small adjustments to pose, expression, or clothing.

2) Major changes (like a completely new pose, adding/removing a character, or changing the entire concept) after the sketch is approved will incur an additional fee, starting at £10-£20 on top of the original cost.

3) Once the piece is finalised and coloured, only very minor colour adjustments can be made.

Copyright & Usage:

You (the Client) may:
  · Use the artwork for personal use (icons, wallpapers, personal prints).
  
  · Post the artwork on social media with proper credit to me (@YourTumblrURL).
  
  · You may NOT:
  · Claim the artwork as your own.
  
  · Remove my signature/watermark.
  
  · Use the artwork for NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI training.
  
  
 Cancellation & Refund Policy:
  
 Before I Start: Full refund.
  
· During Sketch Phase: 50% refund.

 · After Sketch Approval: No refund.
  
· Artist Cancellation: If I must cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
  
· Failure to Deliver: If I am unable to complete your commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

2. I will confirm your slot and send an invoice by email.

3. Once paid, you're in the queue! I will notify you when I begin.
